5 Days until the Relay For Life of Rutland County Kickoff and Basket Raffle! Kickoff this year is going to be a special event where we combine a fun Basket Raffle with our Relay For Life celebrations and traditions to start our 2023 Relay season. We will see you Saturday, January 21 at the West Rutland American Legion. Doors open at 11:00 and baskets will be drawn at 2:00. Prices for regular baskets are $5 for the first sheet of tickets and $2 for each sheet after. There are also optional “special” baskets at $5 a tkt or 5/$20. You must be present to claim your basket. There will also be a Passport for guests to enter a drawing to win a special gift and door prizes! Relay teams will be hosting a 50/50 raffle, bake sale, and hot food sale at the event for guests. There will also be opportunities to learn more about Relay and Bark for Life, to register to start a team, or to join an existing team. We can’t wait to see all our Survivors, Caregivers, returning team members, new Re layers, friends, family, and community members! With over 75 baskets already (and counting) we know this will be a great event!
