Children from birth to age five living in Rutland City, Rutland Town, Mendon, Tinmouth and Ira can receive a free specially chosen book monthly, thanks to a collaboration between Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library at Rutland Free Library and generous local donors. Registered children are mailed a free age-appropriate book addressed personally to them each month, at no cost to their family.
