Pines Rehabilitation and Health Center boasted an overall rating of 5 from the CMS, which is higher than the average of 2.8 recorded for nursing homes in Vermont.
During the quarter, St. Johnsbury Health and Rehabilitation stood out as the largest nursing home in Caledonia County, with 110 beds available.
As of the fourth quarter of 2023, Pines Rehabilitation and Health Center has spent a total of $9,750 in one fine and suffered one penalty.
