PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE: WEST RUTLAND DEVELOPMENT REVIEW BOARD (DRB) 

On Wednesday October 19, 2022 at 7:00 pm the W. Rutland DRB will convene a Public Hearing at the West Rutland Town Office, 35 Marble St. to review  Application  22-22 by the Regional Ambulance Service LLC (Applicant) and Chase Realty Partners LLC (Owner) and Phillip Gawet (Owner) for a change in Permit and Site Plan # 22-15 (effective 9/19/2022) to the building and grounds at 484 Main St. (Parcel #26-0010484) and 496 Main St. (Parcel #2610496).  This Application requests approval of a new design to convert the existing bank building to a (ambulance) Transportation Terminal with office and staff housing, an addition of vehicle garage bays on the western side of the existing structure, revised parking and landscaping, and revised sign locations.   

      A copy of Application 22-22 and instructions on how to participate remotely by telephone will  be available for review at the West Rutland Town Office & Post Office, and at www.WestRutlandVT.org  

      Interested Parties may submit written testimony to the Zoning Administrator in advance of the Hearing, or participate in person.  All submissions should be received, and participants in attendance and prepared to present testimony by 7:15 pm, or they may forfeit their right to appeal any decision of the DRB to VT Superior Court.
