Census Bureau: More men than women in Canaan in 2019

Of the 327 people living in Canaan in 2019, 46.5 percent (152) were women and 53.5 percent (175) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the NE Vermont News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 90-to-81. In the 65 and over age range, there were 43 females and 55 males.
