Housing Trust of Rutland County invites you to their annual fundraiser, Raise The Roof. This year's Raise The Roof will be a Halloween Spooktacular, there will be music by DJ Big Handsome, food and cash bar. Dress in your best Halloween costume for a chance at winning a prize. This is a "grown-ups" Halloween Party.
