Earlier today, our wonderful Facilities staff were helping Art professor Oliver Schemm and students install a temporary work on campus. Inspired by the fabric-wrapped works created by Christo and Jeanne-Claude, this piece casts an array of shadows depending on the time of day and will be illuminated from the inside with LED lights from dusk to midnight.
