The Project Developer is responsible for supporting the Housing Trust’s affordable housing development program involving multi-family housing and limited commercial development. Activities include: participating in site selection and project conceptualization, coordinating consultant work, determining project feasibility, preparing grant and loan applications, predevelopment activity to get to closing, procurement, grant administration, construction management, and coordinating tenant relocation.
