Housing Trust of Rutland County issued the following announcement.
The Lincoln Place project team was awarded the 2022 Preservation Award by The Preservation Trust of Vermont at the Downtown and Historic Preservation Conference on June 9th, 2022. Housing Trust of Rutland County, and partners on the project, Arnold & Scangas Architects and Neagley and Chase Construction Company and countless other supporters and contributors of the project were recognized for the repurposing of the former IHM School in Rutland. The former school is now home to 19 units of affordable housing and community spaces. Lincoln Place is a great example of historic preservation, sustainability, and affordable housing.
