The Town of Fair Haven is offering the following vehicle for sale by sealed bid –

(1)   1998 Belarus 8345 Tractor w/ Allied 595 Loader 

Vehicle is being sold “as-is”, and no warranties are expressed or implied. Vehicle may be inspected at the Fair Haven Town Garage, 4 Maple St. Ext., Fair Haven, VT, during regular working hours (6 A.M. – 4:30 P.M. Monday through Thursday).

Sealed bids may be submitted to the Fair Haven Town Office, 5 North Park Place, Fair Haven, VT 05743. Sealed bid must be clearly marked “Tractor Bid”. Deadline for submittal is 3 P.M., Tuesday, September 6, 2022.  Bids will be evaluated, and a recommendation will be made to the Fair Haven Board of Selectmen at their regular meeting, scheduled for 7:00 P.M that evening. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, if deemed to be in its best interests.
