Town of Castleton Vermont issued the following announcement on March 25.

Construction Update

 DATE: Thursday, 3/31/22

TRAFFIC IMPACT:  No anticipated traffic impacts throughout the week of 4/4/22.

A temporary traffic signal is scheduled for installation on Monday, 4/11/22. Minor delays may occur.

CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES:   

The remaining work on this project is scheduled to begin in the upcoming weeks.

Next week the contractor will be setting up the traffic control devices to prepare for the lane closure scheduled for 4/11/22. 

The contractor will be onsite setting up the temporary traffic signals which will become operational on 4/11/22.

LOCATION: Castleton VT 30 near Cliff Dweller’s Road, across from the Lakehouse Restaurant.

PROJECTED COMPLETION: Spring 2022
